Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pets to love every purchase from The Pet Plug!
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, some pet-related products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us photos and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was caused by us.
